BDG Win FAQ
These answers come from the platform's own screens, which name it BDG Game. Where something could not be read or sits behind a login, the answer says so instead of guessing.

What this FAQ cannot confirm
Whether the invite code can be left blank, which file the Download APP button serves, the full language list and any game title outside Lottery. Those questions belong with the platform's Customer Service.
Questions and answers
Are BDG Win and BDG Game the same thing?
Yes. BDG Win is how people search; BDG Game is what the platform prints in its tab title and welcome line. There is one platform and one sign-in screen.
What is the quickest way to log in to BDG Win?
Open the sign-in screen, pick Phone Number or Email / Account, type your password and tap Log in. The home page has numbered steps.
What does Account has been locked mean?
More than ten wrong passwords in a row. The notice says to use Forgot password to set a new one, which unlocks the account; it mentions no waiting period. Details on the recovery page.
What password does the form accept?
At least eight characters containing both letters and numbers; the Confirm password box must match exactly.
Is there an Android or iPhone app?
The home screen shows Download APP and Add to Desktop. No package name, version or store page was confirmed, and no iPhone build was seen; the app page explains.
Do I need an invite code to register?
The form has an Invite code box with no optional marker. Enter one if you have it; a blank submission was not tested.
My deposit has not shown up. What now?
Deposits are made by UPI and the platform asks for the UTR reference of the payment, so keep that reference. Questions about a deposit go to the platform's Customer Service; this guide cannot look into it.
How do I contact BDG Win support?
Through the Customer Service entry on the home screen or the Contact customer service button on the sign-in screen. No email address, Telegram or WhatsApp was shown on any screen.
Which language does the BDG Win screen use?
English, with a selector marked EN in the header. The other languages it lists did not render in our reads, so only English is described here.
What is the Promotion tab on BDG Win?
The agency promotion centre. Its public rules describe six referral levels, commission once an invitee registers through your code and deposits, a daily calculation, and rebate levels from L0 to L10; your own code shows there after login.
Does the notification prompt change the BDG Win login?
No. Every screen asks to authorize notification permissions for important messages; allowing or dismissing it has no effect on the sign-in.
