Forgot Your BDG Win Password?
The sign-in screen, which calls the platform BDG Game, has no self-service reset form. Its header says to contact customer service if you forget your password, and a Forgot password? link sits beside Remember password under the password box.
Where is Forgot password on BDG Win?
Open the sign-in screen and look under the password box: Remember password and Forgot password? sit together there. No code box or reset form appears anywhere on the screen; the header line, If you forget your password, please contact customer service, tells you the route.
BDG Win password reset, step by step
- Go to the sign-in screen, as described on the home page.
- Tap Forgot password?, or use the Contact customer service button if the lock notice is showing.
- Have your registered phone number or email ready; that is how the account is identified.
- Ask for a new password and follow the instructions customer service gives.
- Sign in again with the new password. The registration screen's rule, at least eight characters with letters and numbers, is a safe guide; see the register page.
The Account has been locked notice
Enter the wrong password more than ten times and the screen shows a notice beginning Account has been locked. It says to use Forgot password to set a new password, which unlocks the account, and offers two buttons: Cancel and Contact customer service. The notice mentions no waiting period, so the new password is the route.
Keeping recovery safe
- Start from the platform's own sign-in screen, not from a support link sent in a message.
- Nobody from the platform needs your current password; a new one is set instead.

- After recovery, untick Remember password on any phone you do not control.

Will BDG Win send an SMS or email code?
No code field appeared on the sign-in screen. Recovery is handled by customer service, as the screen's own header says.
Can customer service tell me my old BDG Win password?
Nothing on the screens suggests so: the lock notice and the header both speak of setting a new password, not recovering the old one. Have the registered number or email ready and expect a fresh password.
